PLEASE PRAY FOR KATIE, she is home with her family and they are embracing every moment they have left here on earth with their beautiful daughter.

My heart is breaking for her family. I so wish, that no other family would have to go through what we have. These children need HOPE, we need to find CURES for CHILDHOOD CANCERS, as their young lives are being cut short and sadly, pediatric cancers are not getting funding like adult cancers.
CHILDREN are our future. Katie is 16, she should be going to school, sporting events, texting her friends, talking on the phone, shopping with her mom and friends, laughing enjoying LIFE and not waiting to be called to her heavenly home.
PLEASE PRAY FOR Katie and her family, as they say good-bye to her. This will be the hardest thing they will ever go through in their lives, but they will also never be the same, when she is no longer with them here on earth.
We know that she will always be in their hearts, we know that they will SEE her again, but that doesn't make this time any easier, that's for sure.
PLEASE pray for strength, love, compassion, peace that surpasses all understanding, as they say good bye and learn to live without her here with them physically. It will take them forever to understand the why's, but my prayer is that they will always put their trust in the LORD and know that they are NEVER alone, that He is always with them now and forever. I pray that they will SEE blessings all around them and know that Katie is ok, healed, happy and still with them in their hearts always, until they can hold her in their arms again.
